Guests must cancel a minimum of 36 hours before their tour in order to receive a full reimbursement. Cancellations with less than 36 hour notice will receive reimbursement in the form of a gift certificate valid for 1 year from the cancellation date.
Private Parties and Cancellations:
Guests that choose to cancel a private party must do so atleast 10 days prior to their scheduled outing/tour. Upon purchase of private party transportation, $200 of the tour cost is non-refundable.
Tour Person Minimum:
Tours must have a minimum of 3 people signed up in order for a tour to go out. If 2 people wish to go out on a tour when a third party or more have not booked a tour, 2 guests CAN go on a tour for an ADDITIONAL $50 charge.
